Expectation: Site infrastructure, buildings and fixed plant remains structurally sound.
Specify: Systems are in place to achieve ongoing conformance of buildings, structures and associated infrastructure to site requirements, including:

1. All structures and associated lifting and anchor points are included in site maintenance strategies for regular inspection, (non-destructive) testing and component changes to meet design, OEM requirements and include site experience to adjust work order frequencies
2. Work area inspections include confirmation on the condition (and in-date decals) of key aspects of buildings, infrastructure and fixed plant
3. Non-conformances identified during checks of anchors, handrails and access/egress integrity are escalated in line with site hazard and incident systems
