CFM-CPA.08.01 Inadequate vehicle or mobile plant set-up at work site
People parking related incident, caused by:

• vehicle or plant set-up is not fundamentally stable (vehicle can move from parked position)
• ground conditions unsuitable such as: soft ground, steep slopes, slippery surface
• parking in a position that impedes other traffic or the work activities
• parking in a position which block which blocks sight lines for other equipment operators
• not deploying required warning signage or barricading around parked vehicle(s)
