CFM-CRA.11.05 Supervisors or other workers do not react to unsafe acts or conditions
Failure of workers and supervisors to react to a situation that is in breach of site requirements, including:

• workers putting themselves in a position of danger (near an exposed edge etc.)
• workers or supervisors not checking each other’s fitment of PPE (e.g. harnesses, lanyards, gas masks, etc.)
• workers not feeling comfortable to refuse unreasonable demands from a supervisor
• failed components or systems on items of equipment
• presence of environmental hazards not reacted to (ground conditions, damaged buildings, etc.)
