Expectation: Operating sites develop and maintain processes that support personnel to be both fit for work and to maintain a healthy work-life balance
Specify:

Personnel are trained in how to manage shift work and other workplace demands. The training explains how to meet site requirements for: 

  1. Managing and reporting impairment e.g. caused by fatigue, medication, illness etc.
  2. Impairment screening e.g. alcohol and other drug screening 
  3. Mental health and wellness goals are included in subjects addressed 
  4. Impairment screening e.g. alcohol and other drug screening
